Rise and Shine Creek is the home of gold mining in Central Otago and this wine is a distinctive and rare discovery, being part of the Crawford SP or Small Parcel range. It even won a precious gold medal at the International Wine Challenge 2008. The vines were intensively managed to achieve a silky Pinot Noir with ripe dark fruits, hints of game, spice and toasty oak flavours that are beautifully balanced with a sensational mouthfeel and persistent finish.
