Located in the province of Segovia at Santuiste de San Juan Bautista, Rincon de Pedraza specialise in wines from the Verdejo grape, an indigenous variety from the 11th Century. They also grow Sauvignon and Viura. Their vineyards are high and free from pests and diseases with poor stony soil . Grapes are night harvested to preserve freshness and careful vinification results in a wine of great class and character.
