A beautiful piece of glassware that allows you to monitor C02 levels as the bubbles gently role up the glass ladder. Bubble counter is indispensable with any Co2 setup because it helps to estimate the amount of Co2 injected. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain the correct Co2 levels. Excess CO2 levels can lower the pH level dramatically and severely stress your fish. Under-dosage of Co2 will affect the growth of plants The bubbles will roll upwards along the coil. When they eventually escapes from the coil, you can count the number of bubbles per second to estimate on the Co2 injection rate. Compatible with pressurized Co2 tanks DIY yeast bottles Size: 1 inch diameter, 5 inches height This Beetle Counter is particularly useful with high C02 flow rates when it can be difficult to count the bubbles per second flow. However, it is also a wonderful combination of form and function and placing it on display, adds a new dimension to counting your C02 flow rate. Comes with clear rubber suction cups but no glass tubing as per image Directions: Connect silicone tubing to base of counter and fill with water. Connect silicone tubing to top of counter which then connects to glass tubing allowing for a tidy and visually unobtrusive connection into your tank. Then connect glass tubing with silicone tubing and connect to diffuser (not supplied)
