In response to demand, here is the ideal companion to the toasting fork. We gather chestnuts in the autumn from the local woods and gather around the fire ... yum! Also a great way to roast peppers when BBQing. Length 64cm (25"). Width of plate: 15 cm (6"). I have used this product – it is very simple. Get the fire nice and hot – red embers are better than flames. Put chestnuts on the roaster. Hold over the embers, shaking gently every so often so they turn over. Once the skins have begun to change colour and open up they are done. Let cool and enjoy!
