Each piece of furniture has been beautifully hand crafted, allowing the natural mixed colours of the wood to give the Jali furniture its unique look. Using only carefully selected supply of Sheesham, and work with craftsmen to ensure that the wood is kiln dried (prevents warping and splitting), has consistent 'grain' quality, and is professionally hand-finished with durable lacquer which emphasises the wonderful patina of the wood. Sheesham wood is a hardwood and part of the 'rosewood' family which means that it has a wonderful deep grain. The seasoning process involves traditional methods and is hand finished to produce a beautiful rich glow, which will enhance with age.
