The Aquarian Algae Chips is a nutrient-rich, high protein, growth formula that provides a complete and balanced diet specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of plecostomus and all algae eaters. It contains three types of algae-alfalfa, spirulina, and chlorella for variety. It was designed to accommodate the slower-feeding habits of most algae eaters.
