The Antworks range provides a space age habitat for a family of ants. The special blue gel that fills the curved container not only provides a tunneling medium for the ants, but is also their food and water source as well. A gel similar to this was used by NASA when they wanted to study the effects on zero gravity on ants so Antworks are based on NASA technology. Three versions of the AntWorks are available, the illunimated one with blue LED lights built into the base, a similar light unit to this is also available seperately, AntWorks without the lighting and AntWorks Tunnel Vision where multiple units can be linked together. This is the illuminated version. Full instructions are included plus information on ant keeping and an order form to purchase larger ants if you cannot find your own. Great fun and good value.
