2 Port Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Cardbus, which supports a High Speed transmission rate of up to 480Mbps. The card is fully backward compatible with USB revision 1.1 devices, and allows the connection of two USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 peripherals. Features Compliant with USB Specification Revision 2.0 (Data rate 1.5/12/480 Mbps) Hot-Plug feature allows you to connect/disconnect devices, while the computer is switched on. Root hub comprises of 2 stream facing ports with integrated physical layer transceivers shared by UHCI and EHCI Host Controllers. Compliant with Open Host Controller Interface Specification for USB Rev 1.0a. Compliant with Enhanced Host Controller Interface Specification for USB 2.0 Rev 0.95. PCI multi-function device consists of two OHCI Host Controller cores for full/low speed signalling and one EHCI Host controller core for high-speed signalling. All downstream facing parts can handle High-Speed (480 Mbps), Full-Speed (12 Mbps) and Low- Speed (1.5 Mbps) data transaction. Legacy support for all downstream facing ports. Supports Plug Play and Hot Swap functions. Supports up to 127 devices. System Requirements Any notebook computer with a 32-Bit Cardbus/PCMCIA Type II slot. Requires Windows 98SE or higher.
